[0:12] Okay Steph red Starbucks.
Going to talk about what you do as a fitness professionally ready okay so start with just to give me a little background on why you decided to.
Become a fitness professional that's my word for it.
Well I was at the point of my life where I was the biggest weight that I had ever been so I'm 5-9 and I was at a hundred and seventy pounds.
Is 1 pounds from being considered overweight for 5 9,
so I decided that I needed to change because I had always been somebody that never gained any weight by eating but after I had my child.
So um a couple of my friends are doing this beach body program.
And that was about more portion control of your food and then workouts included and you didn't have to spend a lot of time doing it so that's kind of.
Why I started it cuz I was unhappy with the way I looked so myself first program the 21 Day Fix.
20 sexy tell me a little bit about it basically it is a program that has 30 minute workout.
You can do one every day but they also have a rest day as well and it comes with.

[1:42] A guide on portion control and containers where you can portion control yourself and it has you do a calculation of how much of.

[1:53] Category of food should be having daily so it breaks it down by like in a meat veggies carbs through.
And then like an additional stuff like sex or something like that you mention portion control but then when I got into the different macro-nutrients.

[2:12] Different types of a Hydra concentrate on or they gave you they gave you a list like saying okay so if you went to the meat they gave you a list and the top one that they listed.
For you.
Probably them I don't know if it was a nosebleed they didn't really explain why they just said this is the simple here see here the way down to a simple guy,
best things to have verses that you didn't have to you could eat outside of the list.
But they were just giving you suggestions basically the whole program is to get to the portion control yourself so you're not overeating anymore not sitting down eating a whole pizza.
Maybe just half the pizza.

[2:57] Do you find that once you started to change the way you ate whatever portion controller that type of food you're eating there that change to this the way you felt.
Yeah actually I noticed that I felt different I didn't feel it like heavy or is bloated when I was eating those right foods and.
A couple people that are consistently in my life or like conceal more positive change that I was in a better mood I'm in wasn't so tired or worn out.
The front of that weigh you down so your energy level kind of State Higher.
For lack of a better term so we can have a little bit into the nutrition piece so going back to the fitness peace he said there was a daily routine.
Or how that would zactly work so it came on CDs and they were daily workouts that they gave you a calendar on what days.
4 best to do what workout so I mean you could mix it up if you wanted but I followed strictly the calendar so it was a 30 minute workout that they gave you that you just popped into your DVD player.
And really even have to purchase any weights or anything if you didn't want to there's a modification setting.
That you've is no way to know nothing like even the first week I did it I never had any weight so if using water bottle and purchase some way.
So when did you switch from doing that to being like a coach.

[4:35] Right after I finished the 21 Day Fix I decided.
Fitness or something that I wanted to be and I like how much weight I lost on the 21 Day Fix and how much better I felt so then right after that I signed up to be a.
Or simply I wanted more programs and there is a nutritional drink called Shakeology that you can get as well and.
And when you become a coach you can help promote this kind of Lifestyle the people as well.
So we became a coach I imagine you've had people indifference like it was a very still Level so you so you're switching it to the coach model how do you sit down with somebody and try to help.

[5:20] The program that you think would be most successful at what I did.
Was I would have people honestly what they want to get out of there but nothing that they want to eat healthy or did you want to work out.
What has your workout been like have you ever work out before I would ask them basic questions just trying to figure out more of their life.
Alcohol they're trying to get to.
And then I would look through the Beachbody programs and just suggest what I thought would be best for them for what they have done for their workout and what their nutrition level is that how many programs.

[5:55] Oh I don't I cannot so.
Sounds like nutrition was big for you so you wouldn't try to find a mix between a program that was how much nutrition versus Fitness and then you kind of think about their program that would.
Chinese what program at it then she kind of would find that mix up if they're wanting to be more active I'm more active program if they're going to be.
More nutrition based something that's less highlights from the program programming perspective.
About how long does one of the exercise modules Take 5 minutes to 30 minutes in a hour.
Okay so there are ones that are 60 minutes and then there are ones that are 30 minute.
There is a couple workouts that are 10 minutes but those are more like body.
Perfect like a 10-minute ab workout or something like that but they can run the course for 21 days 30 days 60 days 90 days.
That's a loaded question cuz enhancer is it really does depend on.
Time for everybody because I mean what I think Beachbody realize is a lot of people were not wanting to dedicate 60 Minutes everybody kept on saying I don't have 60 Minutes I know.

[7:25] 80 minutes workout in so they became very appealing when it became the 30 minute workout that they offer so.
Is that also why you like having it available at your house is supposed to.
Going to a gym and the time commitment of getting to the gym there's no barriers to.
Yeah I think that you have left excuses because I went to a gym for a year before and I actually didn't lose any weight but I think it's because I didn't have that for me personally I needed though.
And I was having trouble with.
My daughter goes to daycare all day or she did and then I would go to the gym and put her in daycare for another hour and I just I didn't I think that when you have those things that can hold you back from.
Wanting to go and wanting to be part of that Fitness so I think being able to have it at home having it only 30 minutes and having the nutrition plan with it.
Can be appealing to people that think they're too busy or have other restraints that don't allow them to go to the.
That's if we switch back from the coaching model to what you're doing now what would you say your goals are currently.
I just want to get more toned now and that's why my programs would change.
I just had a program called hammer and chisel and it's meant to mortone you anything and I need to.
Repeated again because when it's at home you also have the struggle getting interrupted and everything so.

[9:06] You know I think that the beginning programs that I started were more targeted I want to lose this way I want to get off this extra weight but they didn't really tell me and so now my goal is to be told not so much more away.

[9:23] So where your 3 favorite exercises I like this question well I really like.
One of my favorite and it wasn't even like it was the whole.
Segment I guess was Pilates I love that I love the burn that she would feel like in your butt and your husband's the next day after I do.
Pilates and then stink.
I don't know what the workouts of called in there though I just love them move his place is very I know I know I know.
I really liked it though so there's this there's like this crunch that you do that's like almost in a Sea motion like you.
You are contracted into the TV and then you go back and then you can track back into the sea and I really like that and then I like.
It's one that was called stirring the pot and you had one leg on the ground and one leg up and you had to like split you were here like to do in circles back and forth and that would really burn this side of there but I'm much is awesome.
And then there's one that I liked it then Jim actually and it's not and I mean you can do workouts in Beachbody but it's the one that.

[10:46] The one that works your inner thighs do you know what they're called but they're in and out and I love that one who knows talk about.
Hey so um if somebody's interested in finding out more about the Beachbody stuff for talking to you I would get ahold of you.
Well you could really just look up beachbody.com and look into it you don't have to necessarily go through me there's lots of coaches and I would always.

[11:17] Like if you do know something that does Beachbody that you would feel comfortable with and that could hold you accountable.
I would go through them but me personally you could just email me and it would be.
Do I say it.
I would be Stephanie witches Stefanie. Lee 83 at yahoo.com how you would get ahold of me any other things I left out that you going.

[11:55] No I just think that.
You know when you get to those points in your life that you if you were truly not happy with your body for yourself.
Then do something about it I mean take away their uses but I think that I ran into too many people that do it for somebody else or do it because they feel they need to look a certain way and I'll tell you they're not going to.

[12:21] Seen that way unless you do it for yourself so.
You know if it's something that you really want to do just you know put away their excuses and figure out a way to do it but test device.
Thank you let's go back to finish.
